There are a few spaces left in my beginner’s yoga series that I am offering along with my friend and co- teacher Evie O’connor. Now is the time to learn to breathe and connect with your body and mind.
A beginner yoga series will be offered at The Nantucket Yoga Room beginning Wednesday, November 9th-19th!
The class is limited in space and will meet this Wednesday and Saturday as well as the following Wednesday and Saturday.
The Wednesday night classes will meet at 7:30PM and will be one hour and the Saturday classes will meet at 4:15 – 5:15PM
This “mini – series” is designed for brand new beginners and students that want to learn more information on breath and alignment.
